1. Fruit
1, 5 kg of fresh fruit (which is anything but bananas) divide into 5-6 meals and eat. Not on schedule and on request.

2. Kefir
This fasting day is very popular because it is effective, easily tolerated and normalizes the bowels. During the day you can drink 1, 5 liters of yogurt.

3. Apple
During the day you can eat 1, 5 kg of raw or baked apples savory. 

4. Cucumber
Again, 1, 5 kg of cucumbers divide on 5 receptions. You can spice green cucumber.

5. Protein
During the day, you can eat low-fat meat and fish products, vegetable proteins (such as beans). For protein products can be added for a little variety of fresh vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers, greens. You can lightly salt. You can eat every 4-5 hours.

6. Rice
150g unpolished rice boiled without salt, and divided into 3 portions. Rice can be a little salt and add a pinch of cinnamon. During the day, you can still eat the apple, sweet pepper, carrot.

7. Cheese-egg
At breakfast, a glass of black coffee with or without sugar, 100 grams of cheese. Lunch: a cup of tea with or without sugar, two soft-boiled eggs. For dinner, tea, 200 grams of cheese.

8. Milk
6 times a day, every 2 hours to drink 100 ml of milk. On the night of drink 200 g of fruit juice and sugar.

9. buckwheat and kefir
Buy one percent a liter of yogurt. In the evening, soak in boiling water 200-250 g of buckwheat. Warning: no salt, fat and spices !!! Wrapped in warm clothes, and let it stands until the morning. 10. Carrot and beetroot egg
